摘要
对新疆吐鲁番地区专业养猪场的商品代仔猪,应用猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)和猪瘟(CSF)两种活疫苗分别或同时进行免疫,ELISA方法检测免疫抗体。结果表明,不同程序试验组的PRRS和猪瘟疫苗免疫抗体呈上升趋势,抗体差异不明显。PRRS疫苗以1头份、3头份和5头份接种仔猪,不同剂量试验组PRRS免疫抗体也呈上升趋势。在仔猪134日龄时,7个试验组的仔猪PRRS免疫抗体都是阳性。本试验结果证实,仔猪在21日龄时,同时接种1头份的PRRS和猪瘟疫苗,有效免疫期可达到134日龄,在仔猪出栏之前能有效预防PRRS和CSF。
The piglets were immunized with prcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) and clas-sical swine fever (CSF) live vaccines in professional pig farms of Turpan ,and the antibody level was sur-veyed by ELISA . The results indicated that antibodies of PRRS and CSF rised and had no significant in four groups .The piglets were inoculated with PRRS vaccine with different dosages :one dose ,three-fold and five-fold doses ,the antibody levels of PRRS incresed .In 134 day old piglets ,the antibody level of PRRS was positive in 7 groups .The results confirmed that 21 day old piglets were inoculated with the PRRS and CSF vaccines with one dose ,the effective period was up to 134 days and could effectively prevent PRRS .
