具体对煤矿均衡生产和安全生产之间的关系进行分析,并提出对两者进行合理处理的方法与措施,表明需要合理组织煤炭企业均衡生产,对设备与工时进行充分利用,构建安全生产秩序,确保煤矿企业能够高效、安全生产。
Analyzes the relationship between stable production and safety production specifically, puts forward methods and measures for reasonable treatment of them, and indicates that it is need to organize the stable production in coal enterprises reasonably, fully utilize the equipments and working hours, and build safe production order to ensure the efficient and safe production in coal mining enterprises.
