摘要
逆变器输出的零序电压对电机运行产生一系列负面影响,故抑制逆变器输出的零序电压对优化电机的运行状态有实际价值。为了解决抑制零序电压与提高直流电压利用率的矛盾,本文通过分析三级七电平逆变器的零序电压分布规律,给出了不同调制系数下的调制算法。同时,为了降低开关切换频率,本文提出在不同的扇区采用不同的切换方法,即采用五段法和特征四边形法的混合切换方法。最后用仿真和实验验证了提出的调制算法的正确性和有效性。
Zero order voltage of the inverter imposes negative influences on the motor's performance, so restraining zero order voltage to optimize the motor running state has practical value. In order to solve the contradiction between restricting zero order voltage and raising utilization rate of direct current voltage, the paper studies the distribution rule of zero order voltage for a 3-cell 7-level inverter, and presents different algorithms according to different modulation indexes. Meanwhile, in order to reduce the switching frequency, this paper also proposes to use different switching methods in different sectors, namely, the hybrid algorithm including five-segment modulation method and characteristic quadrangle modulation method. Finally, the simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is correct and feasible.
