短期胰岛素强化治疗对新诊断2型糖尿病患者第一时相胰岛素分泌功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的评估短期胰岛素强化治疗对新诊断2型糖尿病患者第一时相胰岛素分泌功能及敏感性的影响。方法观察45例血糖较高的初发2型糖尿病患者经过2周胰岛素泵(CSII)或基础-餐时(MDI)方案强化治疗后,行精氨酸刺激试验评估治疗前后患者的第一时相胰岛素分泌的变化。结果胰岛素强化治疗2周后患者第一时相胰岛素分泌功能明显提高,血糖明显下降,敏感性提高。结论短期胰岛素强化治疗可以较好恢复新诊断2型糖尿病患者第一时相胰岛素分泌。
