摘要
通过对碳化系数、碳化时间与抗压强度之间关系的研究,并结合XRD物相分析,研究了粉煤灰掺量对硫铝酸盐泡沫水泥碳化系数的影响。试验结果表明,粉煤灰掺量从0%增加至20%时,泡沫水泥14d抗压强度降低了6%左右,碳化时间减少了4h,碳化系数从0.95降低到0.88,但当粉煤灰掺量为15%时28d抗压强度增加了3.6%左右,粉煤灰掺量为20%时28d抗压强度降低了6.9%左右。14d抗压强度的降低是由于CO2引起钙矾石分解造成的。
Objective to understand the effect of the content of fly ash on the carbonization property of sulfoaluminate foam cement, the effect of the content of fly ash on the carbonization property of foam cement was studied in detail by in vestigating into tile relationship between compressive strength and carbonation coefficient, carbonization time combining XRD. The results showed that: compressive strength at 14 d decreased about 6 %, carbonation coefficient decreased from 0. 95 to 0.88 and carbonization time decreased 4 h with the increase of the content of fly ash from 0% to 20% ,but corn pressive strength at 28 d increased by 3.6%,when the content of fly ash is about 15%, compressive strength at 28 d decreased about 6.9~ ,when the content of fly ash is about 20%. The reason for the compressive strength at 14 d decreased was the decomposition of ettringite with CO2.
