基于Pro/E基本模块的冲压模具设计研究

Stamping die design study based on Pro/E basic module

在只有Pro/E基本模块的情况下,通过一冲压件,详细介绍了自上而下冲裁模具的设计方法:创建模具装配体;将模具要生产的冲压零件加入到装配体;创建上模子装配体;创建构成上模的所有零件;创建下模子装配体。同时也介绍了自上而下成形模具的设计方法。比较了"自下而上"和"自上而下"2种设计方法的优、缺点。实践证明,采用"自上而下"的设计方法,设计更为简便,可大大提高工作效率。

With only Pro/E basic module and focus on a stamping part, the top-down method used to design blanking die was introduced in detail： create a die assembly,add the stamping part to the assembly, create sub-assembly for up-die and all the parts for up-die and then create sub-assembly for down-die. Bottom-up method to design forming die was also intro- duced. Advantages and disadvantages of top-down method and bottom-up method were com- pared. Practice shows that using top-down method to design is more simple and convenient thus can greatly improve working efficiency.
