摘要
目的研究金银花Lonicerae Flos的化学成分。方法采用HP-20大孔吸附树脂柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、HW-40柱色谱和高效液相色谱等多种色谱分离手段进行分离纯化,利用波谱学方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果从金银花60%乙醇提取物中分离得到了6个化合物,分别鉴定为demethylsecologanol-7-O-arabinoside(1)、8-表番木鳖酸(2)、断马钱子苷半缩醛内酯(3)、sweroside(4)、secologanoside(5)、secoxyloganin(6)。结论化合物1为一个新的环烯醚萜苷类化合物,命名为裂环马钱子苷A。
Objective To study the chemical constituents from 60% ethanol extract of Lonicerae Flos. Methods Chromatographic methods were used for the isolation and purification. The structures were identified on the basis of spectroscopic analysis. Results Six compounds were isolated from Lonicerae Flos. They were identified as demethylsecologanol-7-O-arabinoside (1)i 8-epiloganic acid (2), vogeloside (3), sweroside (4), secologanoside (5), and secoxyloganin (6). Conelusion Compound 1 is a new iridoid glycoside named secologanoside A.
