论我国民办高等教育科学发展的原则、动力与途径

On the Principle,Dynamics and Ways of Scientific Development for China's Private Higher Education

民办高等教育作为我国高等教育的新生力量,进入新世纪以来民办高等教育健康有序的发展为高等教育在我国的普及作出了积极的贡献,在满足社会多样化的高等教育需求、增加教育供给方面发挥了积极作用,有力地推动了我国高等教育大众化的历史进程。我国民办高等教育推进科学发展,必须遵循三大基本原则、三个根本动力、三条基本路径,实现全面、协调、可持续发展。

As a new force in China~ higher education, private higher educatiion has contributed positively to the spread of higher education in our country thanks to its healthy and orderly development since the start of the new century. Moreover, private higher education has also played an active part in meeting the diversified social needs for higher eduaction and in increasing the supply of higher eduaction, thus having facilitated the historical process of popularization of higher education in China. To promote the scientific development of private higher education in China, we should adhere to three basic principles, three fundamental dynamics and three basic ways so as to a-chieve the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development for China＇ s private higher education.
