达芬奇机器人手术系统在胃癌手术中的应用 被引量：11

摘要 1994年，日本Kitano等首次报道了腹腔镜胃癌根治术。随之，腹腔镜胃癌根治术在国内外逐步开展。腹腔镜胃癌根治术的疗效也得到了认可．针对腹腔镜手术同开腹手术的大量RCT试验和Meta分析，都证实腹腔镜手术具有明显的微创优势。
