摘要
蒙古族饮食文化受到自然、历史、政治、文化等各种因素的影响,形成了自己独特的风格,是非常重要的旅游资源,在旅游业发展中有着极其重要的意义。但蒙古族饮食文化旅游开发于起步阶段,还没有被作为一个独立的旅游产品受到重视,还存在诸多问题,必须很好解决现有问题才能使蒙古族饮食文化这一宝贵资源得到更好的开发。
Mongolian food culture has its unique features and is a very important tourism resource. It is significant in the development of tourism. But the exploration of Mongolian food culture starts late and is not paid enough attention as an independent tourism product. To make Mongolian food culture better explored, we need to solve the existing problems.
