摘要 目的 回顾近年来有关 +GZ重复暴露对脑影响的研究进展。 资料来源与选择 国内外本领域的研究论文及综述、论著。 资料引用 引用国内外学术刊物上发表的论文 2 9篇。 资料综合 简要讨论了 +GZ致意识丧失的动物模型及动物意识丧失的监测问题 ,重点阐述了高 G值持续性 +GZ重复暴露对脑的影响及其机理 ,并扼要论述了血液流变学特性改变在 +GZ重复暴露致脑损伤中的作用及 +GZ作用下颅内压及心脏泵血功能的变化特点及影响因素。 结论 阐明 +GZ重复暴露致脑损伤及其机理对加速度生理与防护研究有重要意义。 Objective To summarize the studies on effect of repeated +G Z exposures on brain in recent years. Literature resource and selection Research papers,reviews and written research reports in this field. Literature quotation Twentynine published papers which have been published home and abroad were cited. Literature synthesis The animal model of +G Zinduced loss of consciousness and its monitoring were briefly presented. The focal points were the effect of repeated high sustained +G Z exposures on brain and its mechanism. The effect of hemorrheologic changes in repeated +G Z exposures on brain injury and the changes of intracranial pressure and cardiac function were also briefly discussed. Conclusions To explore the nature of brain injury caused by repeated +G Z exposures and its mechanism has significance in acceleration physiology and G protection.
