中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎脾胃虚寒型疗效观察

目的:观察温胃方穴位外敷联合西药治疗慢性胃炎脾胃虚寒型的临床疗效。方法:80例随机分为治疗组50例和对照组30例,两组均服用奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、克拉霉素,治疗组加用温胃方穴位外敷。结果:总有效率治疗组88.0%,对照组66.7%,两组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:温胃方穴位外敷联合西药治疗慢性胃炎脾胃虚寒型具有较好临床疗效。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of temperature Weifang acupoint application therapy of spleen deficiency type chronic gastritis.Methods： 80 cases of chronic gastritis patients, randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases in treatment group, 30 cases in the control group, two groups were given omeprazole, amoxicillin, clarithromycin, treatment group was added with temperature Weifang acupoint application.Results： the total effective rate of treatment group was 88%, control group, the total efficiency of 66.7%, the difference between two groups was significant （P 〈 0.05 ） .Conclusion： the temperature Weifang Acupoint External Application in the treatment of spleen deficiency type chronic gastritis has better clinical effect.
