基于整车碰撞仿真的B柱零部件试验设计 被引量:4

摘要 根据某车型的整车侧面碰撞试验结果及仿真分析结果,以整车模型中B柱关键点处的侵入量和侵入速度为基准,通过合理设置B柱零件边界约束条件和碰撞条件,设计了一种B柱零部件性能检测方法,并结合有限元仿真和零部件试验进行了试验方法的有效性验证。根据该方法,从轻量化角度对B柱结构进行了优化。结果表明,该方法以较低的计算成本完成了对零部件性能的检验和优化设计,大大减小了整车轻量化优化分析规模并有效降低分析时间。 According to results of side impact test and simulation analysis, incursion speed and incursion distance of the k ey points of B-pillar are extracted as the reference for optimization. By setting B-pillar component boundary constraint conditions and crash conditions reasonably, a B-pillar component performance test method is designed, which is verified by FE simulation and components test. According to this method, lightweight optimization has been made to B-pillar components. The results indicate that with the help of this method, components performance can be tested and optimized at a lower cost, which significantly reduces workload of lightweight optimization and effectively reduces analysis time.
