摘要
分子印迹聚合物是一种具有固定空穴大小和形状及有确定排列功能团的交联高聚物,具有专一识别性、亲和性、稳定性好、使用寿命长等优势,备受人们的青睐。综述了分子印迹聚合物的制备以及在色谱分离、固相萃取、膜分离、毛细管电泳、传感器等领域的应用,最后指出了该技术存在的问题及其发展前景。
Molecularly imprinted polymers are the crosslinked polymer which have a fixed hole size and shape and determined arrangement of functional groups, with specific recognition ability, affinity, good stability, long service life and other advantages. This work reviewed the preparation of molecularly imprinted polymer and the applications in chromatographic separation, solid-phase extraction, membrane separation, capillary electrophoresis, sensor etc. The existing problems and the development prospect were point out.
