摘要
[目的]研究茉莉花黄酮对超氧自由基的清除作用。[方法]利用邻苯三酚自氧化体系产生超氧阴离子自由基O2-·,并采用分光光度法研究茉莉花黄酮溶液对O2-·的清除作用。[结果]茉莉花黄酮类物质的浓度为1.5 g/L,当体积达到1.2 ml时,超氧阴离子自由基的清除率可达60%左右,表明具有较强的抗氧化性能,并且抗氧化能力随着浓度的增加而增加。[结论]茉莉花黄酮对超氧自由基具有一定的清除作用。
[Objective] To study scavenging effect of jasmine flavanone on superoxide free radical.[Method] The superoxide anion free radical (O2-) were generated by autooxidation system of pyrogallol,the scavenging effect of jasmine flavanone solution on oxygen free radical was studied by using spectrophotometry.[Result] When the concentration and volume of jasmine flavanone achieves 1.5 g/L,1.2 ml respectively,the scavenging effect could reach above 60%,indicating that oxidation resistance ability improved with concentration increasing.[Conclusion] Jasmine flavanone has a certain scavenging effect on superoxide free radical.
