摘要 针对果园采摘作业占有劳动力多,采摘效率低、机械化采摘困难等问题设计了一款操作简便且通用性强的手持式电动水果采摘机。该采摘机由切割刀片、刀片驱动电机、载果框、伸长杆、手柄、切割按键及控制器组成。采摘时,按动切割键,刀片驱动电机带动切割刀片旋转割断果柄,控制器同时检测刀片的起始位置和电机驱动电流,保护电机及控制器。该采摘机结构简单,成本低廉,能减轻劳动强度,能完成多种水果的采摘,提高了采摘效率。 Aiming at the problems of fruit picking works including occupy excessive labor,inefficient,difficult to achieve mechanized harvesting,a simple and convenient handheld electric fruit picking machine was designed.The picking machine consists of cutting blade,blade driving motor,fruit boxes,stretching rod,handle,cutting button and controller.When start picking,press the cutting button,the driving motor drives the cutting blade rotation cut off the fruit stem,at the same time controller detects the electricity of motor and the start position of cutting blade for protecting motor and controller.This machine has a simple structure,low cost of doing business,reduce labor intensity,it can also achieve the vast majority of fruit picking,enhance the efficiency of fruit picking.
