普兰店市2006～2011年妇幼卫生年报结果分析

Result analysis of maternal and child health annual reports in Pulandian city from 2006 to 2011

目的 了解2006～2011年普兰店市的妇幼卫生状况.方法 以2006～2011年对普兰店市23个乡镇内的所有孕产妇及＜7岁儿童为调查对象,根据国家妇幼卫生统计年报要求,对23个乡镇卫生院上报的信息资料进行统计分析.结果 儿童保健服务方面,2006～2011年,新生儿访视率、＜3岁儿童系统管理率、＜7岁儿童保健管理率已达到较高水平,＜5岁儿童死亡率逐年降低;孕产妇保健服务方面,2006～2011年,孕产妇早孕检查率、产前检查率、产后访视率、孕产妇系统管理率均逐年递增,仅孕产妇死亡率在2011年存在波动.结论 普兰店市的妇幼卫生状况良好,基本完成国家的目标要求,但各级医疗机构仍要继续努力降低＜5岁儿童和孕产妇的死亡率.

Objective To understand the maternal and child health status in Pulandian city from 2006 to 2011. Methods All the pregnant and lying-in women and children under 7 years in 23 villages and towns of Pulandian city from 2006 to 2011 were selected as the subjects.Based on the requirements of national maternal and child health statistics annual report,the information and data reported by the 23 villages and town was analyzed statistically. Re- suits In the aspect of child health services,from 2006 to 2011,the neonatal visit rate,systematic management rate of children under 3 years and systematic management rate of children under 7 years reached a high level,the mortality rate of children under 5 years decreased year by year.In the aspect of maternal services,from 2006 to 2011,the early pregnancy examination rate,prenatal examination rate,postnatal visit rate and maternal systematic management rate all increased year by year,and only the maternal mortality rate in 2011 fluctuated. Conclusion The maternal and child health status in Pulandian city is good and basically meets the national objectives,but medical institutions of different levels still need to strive to reduce the mortality rate of children under 5 years and the maternal mortality.
