大柳塔矿井下带式输送机防灭火监控系统实现与应用

Implementation and Application of Fire Preventing and Extinguishing Control System for Belt Conveyor in Daliuta Coal Mine

分析了煤矿井下带式输送机火灾成因,阐述了目前带式输送机防灭火现状及存在的不足,针对防灭火监控系统的原理和技术特点,设计并实现了用于火灾早期监测的带式输送机防灭火监控系统。系统已应用于神华大柳塔煤矿主运带式输送机系统,取得了良好的应用效果,确保了带式输送机运输系统的安全。

This paper analyzes the fire causes of the belt conveyor in the coal mine, and expounds the current state and defects of the fire preventing and extinguishing control system for belt conveyor. Based on the principles and the technical features of the fire preventing and extinguishing control system, this paper designs and implements the fire preventing and extinguishing control system of belt conveyor for early fire detection, which has been applied into the main belt conveyor in Daliuta coal mine in Shenhua, achieves good application effect, and ensures the safety of the belt conveyor system.
