煤气锅炉空气预热器漏风影响及措施

Influence and Measures on Air Leakage of Gas Boiler Air Preheater

对煤气锅炉空气预热器的漏风问题进行研究,从理论上分析了漏风的原因和危害,提出了漏风的预防和治理措施。重点分析了空气预热器冷端漏风和热端漏风对排烟温度和排烟热损失的影响,结果表明,冷端漏风对排烟温度的影响较大,但不会对排烟热损失造成影响;热端漏风对排烟温度的影响比冷端小,但对排烟热损失的影响较大。

Problems about air leakage of gas boiler air preheater have been studied. The causes and harm of air leakage were analysed, and the prevention and control measures were put forward. Besides, the influence of air leakage on the exhaust gas temperature and exhaust gas heat loss was analysed, separately to the cold end and the hot end. The results showed that air leakage of the cold end play more important role on exhaust gas tem- perature, and air leakage of the hot end play more important role on heat loss.
