摘要
目的探讨负压引流增加创面血供的机理。方法以兔耳背急性全层皮肤缺损创面为模型,分别给予- 5.32、- 9.98、- 14.63和- 19.95 kPa负压引流,用微循环显微镜观察施加负压前后创缘血管网的血流速度和微血管口径的变化,并用微循环图像分析系统定量分析。结果施加负压后,- 9.98、- 14.63和- 19.95kPa压力组的流速较负压前有非常显著的增加 (P< 0.01);- 19.95和- 14.63kPa负压吸引后微血管口径增大,与吸引前相比差异非常显著 (P< 0.01)。结论封闭负压引流能提高创面微循环血流速度,扩张微血管,从而增加创面血供,改善血液循环。
Objective To explore the mechanism of negative pressure to increase the blood flow of the wound. Methods A rabbit ear acute skin loss wound model was established and treated with negative pressure of- 5.32、- 9.98、- 14.63 and- 19.95 kPa.Observations were carried out by microscope and changes of the blood velocity and diameters of microvessels were determined by the microcirculatory image processing system.Results When the wound was treated by the negative pressure of- 9.98、- 14.63 and- 19.95kPa, the blood velocity increased significantly(P< 0.01).The negative pressure of- 19.95 and- 14.63kPa also increased the diameters of the microvessels, and the changes were significant (P< 0.01).Conclusion The blood velocity and diameters of the microvessels can be efficiently increased by using Negative Pressure Closing Technique. So the technique can increase the blood flow and improve the wound microcirculation.
