摘要
目的建立乙酰丙酮分光光度法测定工作场所空气中甲醛的方法,同时对姜堰区14家家具厂车间空气中的甲醛含量进行了测定。方法吸收液采集空气中的甲醛,pH6的乙酸-乙酸铵缓冲溶液中与乙酰丙酮作用,波长413nm处测定。结果检测姜堰区14家家具厂车间空气样本数共342份,合格率88.3%。加标回收率92.1%~102.5%,相关系数为0.9995,检出限0.25汕g,精密度0.581%~2.92%。结论本法简便快速,准确度和精密度高,适用于工作场所空气中甲醛的测定。
Objective To establish a method for detection of formaldehyde in workplace air by acetyl acetone spectrophotometric method, and determine the formaldehyde contents in workplace air of 14 furniture factories in Jiangyan district. Methods The formaldehyde in air was collected by absorption liquid to react with acetyl acetone in acid - ammonium acetate buffer solution of pH6, then determined at wavelength of 413 nm. Results A total of 342 workplace air samples from 14 furniture factories were involved for formaldehyde determination, the qualified rate was 88.3%. The recoveries were 92.1% - 102.5% , the correlation coefficient was 0.9995, the detection limit was 0.25 μg, and the precision was 0.581% - 2.92%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, highly accurate and precise, it is suitable for determination of formaldehyde in the air of workplace.
