摘要 柿叶为我国传统中药材。为满足现代生物医药发展需求,对柿叶有效成分种类及其提取、分离和检测方法,以及药理作用研究进展进行了综述。柿叶的主要成分包含机酸类、黄酮类、三萜类、多酚类、挥发性成分、脂肪酸、香豆素类、植物甾醇、多糖以及胡萝卜素等,其医疗保健作用主要有治疗心脑血管疾病、抗氧化、抗癌、活血止血、抗菌、解热、抗老化、防晒等。综合上述内容,认为今后应加强不同种类柿资源叶片有效成分含量的遗传变异和时空变化等应用基础研究,并在此基础上培育有效成分含量高的叶用柿良种及原料林,从而为相关产业的可持续发展提供技术支撑和资源保障。 Persimmon leaf is one of the traditional herbal medicines in China. In order to meet the development needs of modern bio-medicine, active components of persimmon leaves and their extraction-separation methods as well as pharmacological effects were reviewed. The major active ingredients of persimmon leaves includes organic acid, flavonoid, triterpenes, polyphenols, volatile components, fatty acid, coumarins, phytosterol, polysaccharide, and carotene, et al. The health care functions of persimmon leaves include: preventing action to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, antioxidant, anticancer, promoting blood circulation and arresting bleeding, antibiosis, antipyretic, anti-aging, suncare, et al. In conclusion, the variations of different persimmon resources and space-time in active ingredient content were need to be studied, and to cultivate the cultivars that contains more active ingredients, which will be relevant for providing technologies and resources for the future sustainable of persimmon products processing industry.
