泛昔洛韦联合微波治疗女性生殖器疱疹89例疗效观察

Observation on the effect of famciclovir combined with microwave irradiation therapy on 89 c female genital herpes patients

目的观察泛昔洛韦联合微波治疗女性生殖器疱疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法将符合标准的178例女性生殖器疱疹患者,随机分成对照组和治疗组。对照组89例给予泛昔洛韦片,0.25,口服,3次/d,10d为一个疗程,治疗组89例在对照组用药的基础上联合微波患处局部治疗,隔日一次。观察两组患者的症状缓解情况(如止疱时间、结痂时间、皮损愈合时间等),比较两种方法的临床疗效、不良反应以及一年内的复发情况。结果治疗组与对照组患者的症状缓解时间相比:止疱时间(0.7±0.3vs1.3±0.5d,t=40.0)、结痂时间(1.6±0.2vs2.9±0.5d,t=25.0)、皮损愈合时间(5.1±0.5vs6.9±0.6d,t=3.26),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为93.25%,对照组总有效率为82.02%;两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.19,P<0.05)。随访一年后,治疗组的复发率为35.96%,对照组的复发率为56.18%;两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.33,P<0.01)。结论泛昔洛韦联合微波治疗女性生殖器疱疹可以明显提高临床治愈率,减少复发频率,价格低廉,无明显不良反应,值得临床上推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety offamciclovir combined with microwave irradiation therapy on 89 female genital herpes（GH）cases. Methods The 178 GH patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. 89 patients in control group were given famciclovir tablets,0.25, p.o, rid ,for a course of 10 days. The other 89 cases in treatment group were treated with famciclovir tablets combined with microwave Irradiation,qod. The symptom remission of patients in both groups were observed and clinical efficacy, adverse reaction and recurrence within one year were compared. Results the herpes stopping time in treatment and control group were （0.7 ± 0.3 vs 1.3± 0.5d）, scab time were （1.6 ± 0.2 vs 2.9 ± 0.5d）,lesion healing time were （5.1 ± 0.5 vs 6.9 ± 0.6d）,lower in the former than the latter,showing significant differences （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of treatment and control group were 93.25% and 82.02%;slao showing significant differences between two groups （X2=5.19,P〈0.05）. After one year of follow-up,the recurrent rale in treatment group was 35.96%, and that in control group was 56.18%;showing significant differences between two groups （X2=7.33, P〈0.01 ）. Conclusions Famciclovir combined with microwave irradiation is capable of significantly improving the clinical cure rate of female genital herpes.
