摘要
应用大型有限元分析程序MSC/NASTRAN,在DN560 Apollo计算机上,进行了热轧工作辊的瞬态温度场及热变形行为的仿真。二维模型有660个单元,三维模型有3240个单元。计算结果与文献中的实验结果相吻合。
The finite element package MSC/NASTRAN was used on the DN560 Apollo computer to model work roll's transient temperature fields and its thermal deforamtions. Up to660 and 3240 elements were employed in two dimensional model and three dimensional model respectively. The results show qualitative agreement with test results elsewhere.
