摘要
境外消费是教育服务贸易四种方式中最主要的一种,它受到限制最少,发展程度最高。从出国留学和来华留学两个层面梳理中国境外消费教育服务贸易的发展历史和现状,运用Michaely指数,结合中国、英美等发达国家境外消费教育服务贸易的出口情况,分析我国境外消费教育服务贸易的竞争力,结果显示,我国境外消费教育服务贸易处于竞争劣势,逆差大,发展不平衡。鉴此,分析我国境外消费教育服务贸易处于竞争劣势的原因,提出促进其发展的建议对策。
Consumption abroad of education service trade is most important and advanced in four ways of service trade. It is subject to the least restrictions. This paper analyze the history and status quo of Chinese consumption abroad of education service trade from the perspective of overseas study and international students. Based on Michaely Index and the export of Consumption abroad of education service trade in China and developed countries like the U.S. and the UK etc., it analyzes the competitive advantages of such trade in China. The result shows that Chinese consumption abroad of education service trade is at a competitive disadvantage, and develops unevenly with large trade deficit. The paper puts forward the reasons and recommends countermeasures on how to promote Chinese consumption abroad of education service trade.
