PDCA循环在医学生临床实践能力培养管理中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 临床医学是一门实践性科学,除了要求具有扎实的理论基础,还必须具有丰富的临床实践能力。临床医学生则是医学生在临床学科理论阶段为巩固所学的理论知识而进行的初步实践,是将理论与实践融合的重要桥梁,是培养和提高医学生运用所学理论进行逻辑思维与临床实际综合运用的重要阶段,也是教学医院临床教学的重要组成部分。因此如何提高医学生临床技能操作的质量,是教学管理的重要内容之一,我们根据PDCA循环管理程序,将医学生临床实习技能培训分为四个阶段进行管理,即教学计划、实施、组织和处理。通过循环不断发现新问题、修订计划、实施,不断规范教学管理行为,提高临床带教老师水平,从而达到提高临床教学质量的目的。 As a practical science ,clinical medicine must have a wealth of clinical competence ,in addition to requirements with a solid theoretical foundation .Medical students internships are preliminary practice for medical students to consolidate the theoretical knowledge ,are the bridge for the integration of theory and practice , are the important stage for them to develop and improve logical thinking and integrated use of clinical practice ,and are an important part of clinical teaching in teaching hospitals .Therefore ,how to im-prove the ability of medical students'clinical practice is an important part of teaching management .Based on the PDCA cycle manage-ment program,clinical competence training were divided into four stages of management ,which were teaching plans , implementation, organization and processing .By circulating ,we constantly discovered new problems ,and then revised plan and implement them ,to regu-late teaching management behavior , improve the level of clinical teachers ,to improve the quality of clinical teaching .
