摘要 基于电阻法定义了表征铝合金构件疲劳损伤程度的损伤变量,并给出了铝合金疲劳损伤累积模型,以及基于电阻变化的疲劳剩余寿命预测公式。通过6A02铝合金疲劳试验,对得到的理论预测公式进行了验证。结果表明,基于电阻的损伤变量能够较好地反映出铝合金材料的疲劳损伤过程,理论预测模型对于铝合金材料高循环周次疲劳剩余寿命具有较高的预测精度,而对于低循环周次疲劳剩余寿命的预测能力有限。本文给出的模型具有一定的工程参考价值。 The present thesis proposed a damage parameter to characterize fatigue damage accumulation of aluminum al- loy based on electrical resistance. A theoretical formula to predict the residual fatigue life of damaged specimen is established based on the measurement of the damaged specimen. Experimental data from aluminum alloy 6A02 agreed well with the the oretical results adopting the proposed model in this paper especially for high cycle fatigue of aluminum alloy. Although the prediction precision of proposed model is relatively limited for low cycle fatigue of aluminum alloy, the resistance based fatigue damage prediction model proposed in this thesis still showed a promising engineering application, which needs further improvement.
