摘要
采用理化检验及Ansys力学模拟分析了某电厂磨煤机减速机中速齿轮断齿的原因。分析表明:齿轮中2.5级D类夹杂物是导致裂纹产生的主要原因,齿轮咬合面次表层在受力作用下呈应力集中状态是裂纹萌发的促进因素,两者的综合作用最终导致齿轮断裂。
The fracture of medium-speed gear in mill reducer of one power plant is analyzed by physical and chemical testing and Ansys mechanical simulation. The results show that Grade 2.5 Class D inclusions in the gear are the main cause for the cracks. Stress concentration of the subsurface of the gear occlusal surface under the force can promote the generation of cracks. The combined effects of the two factors lead to gear fracture finally.
