摘要
建立了一种简便、快速、高效的微波消解-氖化物原子荧光光谱法同时测定化妆品中砷和汞的厅法。重点探讨了样品前处理条件、仪器条件、载流溶液介质、预还原剂、还原剂等对试验测定结果的影响。在优化条件下,评价了方法的可靠性。元素砷在0-10ng/mL浓度范围内县有良好线性关系,线性相关系数(r)为0.9995.检出限为0.01ng/mL.加标回收率在97.6%~101.1%之间。元素汞存0~1ng/mL浓度范围内具有良好线性关系,线性相关系数(r)为0.9997.检出限为0.069ng/mL,加标回收率在93.7%~98.8%之间。将方法应用于化妆品中痕量砷和汞的分析,结果令人满意。
A simple, rapid and efficient determination of arsenic and mercury in cosmetics was performed by hydride genera tion atom fluorescence spectrometry after microwave digestion. The factors relevant to the method including the prmreatment for sample, optimized parameter for the apparatus, carrying solution, reducing agent in advance and reducing agent, were in- vestigated and optimized. Under the optimized conditions, the proposed method provided a good linearity, for the determination of arsenic in the range of 0 to 10 ng/mL with correlation coefficient of 0. 9995, low limits of detection of 0. 01 ng/ml., and good recoveries of 97.6% to 101. 1% were obtained; for the determination of mercury in the range of 0 to 1 ng/mL with correlation coefficient of 0.9997, low limits of detection of 0. 069 ng/mI., and good recoveries of 93.7 % to 98. 8% were obtained. The proposed method was successfully applied to determine the trace amounts of arsenic and mercury in cosmetics.
