奥瑞姆自理模式在乳腺癌改良根治术病人中的应用

Application of Orem self-care mode for patients undergoing breast cancer modified radical surgery

[目的]探讨奥瑞姆(Orem)自理模式在乳腺癌改良根治术病人护理中的应用效果。[方法]将46例乳腺癌改良根治术病人随机分为观察组、对照组各23例,观察组采用Orem自理模式护理,对照组采用传统护理模式护理,术后对两组病人掌握乳腺癌康复知识情况、满意度及肢体活动功能进行比较。[结果]观察组术后病人对乳腺癌康复知识掌握率及满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组病人肢体活动功能优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]Orem自理模式能提高乳腺癌改良根治术后病人的日常生活质量、提高病人自理能力及护理满意度。

Objective：To probe into applied effect of Orem self - care mode in nursing care of patients undergoing breast cancer modified radical surgery. Methods：A total of 46 cases of patients undergoing breast cancer modified rad- ical surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 23 cases in each,patients in observation group received Orem self- care model for care, the patients of control group received traditional nursing model for care, after surgery the breast cancer rehabilitation knowledge grasp, satisfaction and physical activity function were compared between two groups of patients. Results：rehabilitation knowledge level and satisfaction rate of breast cancer pa- tients in observation group were higher than that of control group （P^0.05） ; observed functional group of patients with physical activity than the control group （P^0.05）. Physical activity function of patients in observation group was better than that of control group （P^0.05）. Conclusion： Orem self- care model can improve the quality of daily life of patients undergoing breast cancer modified radical surgery,and enhance their self- care ability and nursing satisfaction.
