摘要
介绍了洁净度国际、国内标准要求及洁净度在食品生产和检测领域的应用要求,通过与实际检测现状的比较,提出加强食品领域洁净度监测的必要性。
The international and domestic standards of cleanliness and the applications requirements in the field of food production and testing were introduced in this paper. By comparing the present situation to the practical detection, the necessity to strengthen the monitoring of food area cleanliness was suggested.
