摘要
从热力学观点出发,阐述以羟丙基-β-环糊精(hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin,(HP-β-CD))作为扑热息痛的包合载体时,包合反应的热力学函数(Kc,ΔHθ,ΔSθ及ΔGθ).采用相溶解度方法测定扑热息痛与HP-β-CD的包合物在不同温度下的平衡常数.结果表明,在水溶液中,扑热息痛的浓度随HP-β-CD浓度的增加呈线性增加(相溶解度曲线为AN型);HP-β-CD与PA的包合反应为放热反应;HP-β-CD与PA的包合反应为热力学驱动,低温时增溶效果较高温时好.
The thermodynamic function (Kc,△Hθ,△Sθand△Gθ ) of hydroxypropyl-β-eyclodextrin are investigated. The complexation constant complexation of paracetamol with was determined under various temperatures by the phase-solubility method. The results showed that in aqueous solutions, the paracetamol solubility increases linearly with the concentration of HP-β-CD ( AN-type phase-solubility curve ) and the complexation of paracetamol with HP-β-CD is an exothermic reaction. The complexation of paracetamol with HP-β-CD is enthalpy driven, indicating that lowering the temperature can do more to increase improve the solubility of paracetamol.
