甲状腺激素对颅内感染大鼠内脏机能的影响

摘要 目的:建立颅内感染大鼠模型,给予甲状腺激素干预,研究其对大鼠肾脏、大肠等内脏器官机能的影响。方法:30只纯系清洁无菌级Wistar大鼠,随机分成3组,对照组8只,感染组12只,药物组10只,采用颅骨打孔注射内毒素法建立颅内感染模型,药物组于术后3h给予甲状腺激素干预。3组术后16h取血标本检测内毒素、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)及甲状腺激素T3、T4水平,并取回肠下段组织标本进行病理学检查。结果:与对照组比较,感染组内毒素、BUN、Cr水平明显升高,甲状腺激素T3、T4水平明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与感染组比较,药物组内毒素、BUN、Cr水平明显降低,甲状腺激素T3、T4水平升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),回肠下段肠黏膜的损伤程度明显减轻;药物组与对照组比较,上述指标无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:甲状腺激素干预对颅内感染大鼠内脏器官具有保护功能,可以增强回肠下端黏膜防御机制,减少肠源性内毒素的吸收,改善肾功能。 Objective:To explore effect of thyroid hormones on viscera function of rats with intracranial infection.Methods:A total of 30clean and sterile Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups,control group(n=8),infection group(n=12),and drug group(n=10).Wistar rat model with intracranial infection was established by injection with endotoxin via the hole on skull,3hafter surgery, thyroid hormone was given.Serum endotoxin,creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,thyroid hormone T3,T4 were determined 16hafter operation and tissue of lower ileum underwent pathological examination.Results:Compared with the control group,the endotoxin,BUN,Cr levels were significantly higher,thyroid hormone levels were significantly lower in infection group(P0.05);compared with infection group,the endotoxin,BUN,Cr levels were significantly lower,the thyroid hormone levels were higher in drug group(P0.05).Damage to membrane of lower ileum was alleviated in drug group;there was no significant difference in above parameters between drug group and control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Thyroid hormone can protect function of internal organ of rats with intracalvarium infection,strengthen defense function of membrane in lower ileum;decrease the absorb of endotoxin from intestine;alleviate the renal injury.
