摘要
介绍了镁基轻质材料在现代工业发展中的作用、研究与应用状况和发展趋势论述了国外压铸镁合金及其在汽车工业中的应用．
The role in the development of modern society, the application status and general developing trends for magnesium matrix lightweight materials were reviewed, the advantages of magnesium alloys in as die casting and its application in automobile industry were emphasized. Magnesium matrix lightweight materials and its potential properties have been also discussed.
