摘要
文章剖析了企业隐性知识的内涵和分类,并基于SECI理论和知识沟通理论,构建了个体、团队和企业整体的隐性知识共享模型,建立了企业隐性知识共享的保障机制,以期在更深入地认识隐性知识共享过程的基础上,促进企业隐性知识的共享。
This paper analyzes the connotation and classification of enterprise tacit knowledge, and based on the SECI theory and the knowledge communication theory, constructs the tacit knowledge sharing model for individuals, teams and the enterprise as a whole. The paper establishes the guarantee mechanism for enterprise tacit knowledge sharing so as to promote the enterprise tacit knowledge sharing based on the deeper understanding of the tacit knowledge sharing process.
