摘要
人力资源开发作为管理的一项主要职能,它的运作和企业文化的因素息息相关,不同的企业文化假设前提下的人力资源管理有着不同甚至是相反的操作。本文从研究企业文化开始,透过两者之间所存在的关系,分析了企业文化对选人、育人、用人、留人的影响,以及怎样才能使人的潜能最大化,从而达到人力资源有效开发之目的。
Human resource development as a key function of management, its operations is closely related to the factors of corporate culture. Human resource management under different corporate culture has different and even opposite operation. This paper starts from the study of corporate culture, through the relationship to analyze the influences of corporate culture in elections, education, employment, retention, as well as how to maximize the potential of people and achieve human resources effective development.
