巨大脾脏血管瘤1例

摘要患者女，31岁，因“孕28周行产前B超检查时发现子宫外腹部巨大包块”于2013年5月13日收入我院普外科。患者轻微腹胀，无腹痛，无呕血、黑便，无黄疽。
