力-位移分控多点成形帆面回弹的数值模拟

摘要 回弹是影响成形件质量的主要因素之一,是板材冷冲压成形必须解决的问题。以帆面为例,采用显-隐式算法模拟力-位移分控多点成形在成形帆面时的回弹现象。对不同板厚t、曲率半径r、帆面参数a的帆面进行回弹数值模拟,结果表明,帆面成形后的回弹在两个帆形上相互影响。其中在大曲率半径方向(y=0边)上的回弹起主导作用,并影响着小曲率半径方向(x=0边)上的回弹。在大曲率半径方向上,曲率半径越小,板厚越大,帆面参数越小,回弹越小;在小曲率半径方向上曲率半径越小,板厚越小,帆面参数越小,回弹越小。 Springback which should be solved is one of the key defects in plate forming process. Taking the sail workpiece as an example, the springback matter during the processes of force-displacement separated control in muhi-point forming has been simulated and studied based on explicit-implicit algorithm. The springbaek process of sail surface with different plate thickness, curvature radius r, and rail parameter a have been simulated. The results show that springbaek of the bigger radius (y=O) is on the leading role, and will influence springbaek of the smaller side (x=O). On the direction of the bigger radius, the smaller the radius is, the greater the thickness is, and the less sail surface parameter & springback will be got. On the direction of the smaller radius, the smaller the radius is, the smaller the thickness is, and the less sail surface parameter & springback will be got.
