摘要
以丽江师专当前定位的人才培养目标——"培养品德好,专业实,能力强,素质高,适应地方社会发展和经济建设需要的实用技能型人才"为指导,立足于地方、区域经济社会的人才市场需求,我们积极探索学前教育专业人才培养方式和途径,研究并制订了丽江师专学前教育专业人才培养方案,全面推进教育教学改革,加强教学建设,规范教学管理,提高专业教学质量和整体办学水平,力图探索具有地方特色和本校特色的学前教育专业人才培养模式,以期为同类高职高专院校学前教育专业提供可参考借鉴的实践经验。
The talents' training objectives of Lijiang Teachers' College orient at training students of good moral character, professional ability, high quality to serve for the development of local social and economics. On the basis of the regional economic construction and the social development and the market's needs, we explored the preschool education talents' training model and the related ef- fective approaches. A series reform were carried out with programs focusing on teaching, design, standardizing management and improving teaching quality and the whole school-running level in order to explore a model with practical features adapted to regional and local college need. Hopefully, the experience particular in talents training would be shared with other higher vocational colleges.
