摘要 为提高显微镜观测台三维空间运动精度,针对多轴步进电机控制系统开展研究,提出一种以FPGA为控制器的多轴联动步进电机控制方案。系统采用EP2C8Q208C8作为控制核心,采用THB6128芯片实现细分可调的驱动电路,并扩展了相应的外围电路,系统利用FPGA发送脉冲控制步进电机。研究了有限状态机的方法,设计数字积分插补器,实现步进电机的多轴联动,并进行试验验证。结果表明,设计的多轴步进电机联动控制系统能够满足速度可调和联动插补控制的要求。 In order to improve the accuracy of three-dimensional movement for the microscope observation station, an approach of multi-axis stepper motor control based on FPGA was put forward. EP2C8Q208C8 was used as the control core; THB6128 chip as driving circuit to realize subdivision adjustment, and the corresponding peripheral circuits were extend, by FPGA send pulses to control stepping motor. By study on the method of finite state machine, the digital integral interpolation was designed to control multi-axis stepper motor, and the experiments were carried out. The results showed that, the multi-axis stepper motor control system could meet the speed adjustable linkage interpolation control requirements.
