DBB与DB/EPC工程建设模式下项目经理胜任特征差异性分析 被引量:16

A comparative analysis of project managers' competencies under different project delivery systems

摘要 优秀的项目经理是工程项目成功的重要保障。现有研究显示出不同的项目情境对项目经理胜任特征的要求会有所差异,但目前还缺乏对建设模式这一关键情境变量的探讨。通过文献分析和小组讨论,将工程项目经理的胜任特征整合成项目管理维、认知维、情商维和人格魅力维四个维度,共包括18项指标。然后采用问卷调查的方式,分别对DBB与DB/EPC模式下的项目管理人员进行调研,并采用Mann-Whitney U检验的方式对数据进行分析。数据分析的结果表明,相比于DBB模式,DB/EPC模式在总体上对项目经理的胜任特征有更高的要求;DB/EPC项目经理在组织协调能力、冲突管理能力、风险管理能力、积极主动以及坚韧性等五项指标上与DBB项目经理之间存在显著的差异性。研究结果深化了对项目经理胜任特征情境化的理解,并为工程项目经理的选拔、培训及其个人职业发展提供了理论指导。 Highly qualified project managers play an important role in guaranteeing project success. Studies have suggested the differentiation of project manager' s eompeteneies required under different project context. However, there still exists a research gap in the differentiation of project manager competencies under different project delivery systems. Based on an extensive literature review and group discussions, project manager competeneies have been integrated and classified into four dimensions, including project management, cognition, emotional intelligence, and personal charisma, comprised of 18 measures in total. A survey was conducted to collect data from respondents who have worked under DBB and DB/EPC project. Such data was analyzed with Mann-Whitney U test. The results show that more eompetencies are required for DB/EPC project managers as compared with those for DBB. As between DBB and DB/EPC project managers, there are significant differences in organizational coordination ability, conflict management, risk management, initiative and tenacity. The research findings can help to deeply understand the impact of project contextualization on the requirement of project manager' s competencies and provide a theoretical guide for project manager selection, training and career development.
