摘要
文章介绍了萃取法对湘潭电化的锰液(锰泥)的萃取与反萃取行为及实验效果的研究.室温下,采用P204的煤油皂化液为萃取剂,pH 3.5~4.0,皂液比为1∶2.0~2.5.经GB/T5750.6-2006方法分析,萃取率达98.2%.同时对水相酸度、萃取剂浓度、搅拌时间等因素对Mn2+的萃取率的影响进行了研究.结果表明采用该方法能有效地回收锰,精处理的废液达到排放标准.
In the paper, electrification extraction and back extraction behavior and experimental effect on Manganese liquid from electrochemistry factory was studied. At room temperature, P2O4, used as extract agent to extract kerosene-liquid with a liquid soap ratio in 1 : 2.0-2.5 at pH 3.5--4.0 at 98.2 % extract rate (analyzed by GB/T5750.6-2006 method.). Simultaneously, acidity of aqueous phase, concentration of extract agent, extraction duration effects on the extraction rate of Mnz+ is investigated. Results show that this approach can effectively recover Mn2+, fine treat liquid waste meets the discharge standard.
