摘要
我国海域面积辽阔,海洋贝类品种丰富产量巨大,由于海洋污染加剧和赤潮频繁出现,贝类产品被生物毒素污染而引起消费者中毒而随之增加,严重影响了我国相关产品的出口。本文就贝类毒素的分类、结构特征、作用机理以及检测的研究现状进行综述,并对各种检测方法的适用性、优缺点等进行分析比较,以期为贝类毒素的检测提供参考。
Our country possess wide ocean areas and different varieties shellfishes which in huge output. However, the cases of consumer poisoning by intussuscepted biology toxins have been increasing recently due to the severer sea pollution and frequent red tide appearance that affect the export of shellfish products. In this paper , the classify, structural feature and mechanism of shellfish toxins have been summarized,in which a variety of detecting techniques for shellfish toxin included. The application ranges and their specialties were discussed in order to provide references for the detection of shellfish toxin.
