摘要 目的探索建立一套规范、有效、实用、先进的新型孕妇学校培训模式,指导本地区孕妇学校建设,提高孕期健康教育水平,保障母婴健康。方法以参加传统孕妇学校培训的孕产妇为对照组(200例),参加改进后孕妇学校培训的孕产妇为观察组(200例),调查比较改进培训模式前后孕产妇各项指标的情况变化。结果观察组孕产妇对培训模式总体评价、孕产期保健知识掌握情况、母婴护理操作技能、自然分娩率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规教育模式及课程内容难以满足孕妇个性化需求,通过改进完善课程内容,采用新型互动式教学模式,能较好地满足孕妇的需求,保障母婴健康,为孕妇学校发展提供了新的途经和方法。 Objective To investigate the development of a set of standardized,effective,practical and advanced training model for pregnant women school(PWS)in order to give instructions to development of a local PWS,improve the levels of health education of pregnant women and ensure the maternal and child health. Methods Two hundred pregnant women who attended a traditional PWS were designed as control group and two hundred pregnant women who attended an improved traditional PWS were designed as observa- tion control group. The maternal indicators were compared before and after training. Results The pregnant women attending the im- proved PWS had favorable comments on the training patterns. They also showed a better mastery of health knowledge during pregnancy and nursing skills. This group also had higher rate of natural birth. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The traditional PWS can no longer meet the needs of modem pregnant women. On the contrary,the new type of PWS adopts the more interactive teaching methods that can far better satisfy the demands of modem pregnant women and ensure the maternal and child health, thus, provides the methods for the development of new school for pregnant women.
