樟树叶多酚超声波法提取工艺的响应面优化 被引量:12

摘要 为了研究以超声波法提取樟树多酚的最优工艺条件,以樟树叶为研究对象,就超声提取时间、乙醇浓度、料液比对樟树多酚提取浓度的影响问题进行了单因素试验,在此基础上,采用响应面法就微波辅助提取樟树多酚的工艺参数进行了优化试验。结果表明,樟树多酚超声波提取的最优工艺条件为:超声提取时间为25 min,乙醇浓度为60%,料液比为1∶40。在此工艺条件下,樟树多酚的最大含量为40.794 mg/g。 In order to research the optimal ultrasonic wave extraction process ofpolyphenols in Cinnamanum camphoral, taking C. camphoral leaves as materials, effects of extraction time, ethanol concentration and ratio of material to liquid on concentration of extracted expolyphenols were researched, and ultrasonic wave extraction process was optimized. The results show that the maximum content polyphenols in C. camphoral is 40.794 mg/g under the obtained optimal ultrasonic wave extraction process, which are ultrasonic time of 25 minutes, ethanol concentration of 60% and material- liquid ratio of 1 : 40.
