摘要
通过对一台转子串电阻桥式起重机实施变频改造,并对改造前后起重机在能耗、振动、故障率等方面的跟踪和对比测试,客观分析起重机变频调速相对于转子串电阻调速的诸多特点及发展的趋势。
Through frequency conversion renovation for the rotor parallel-resistance bridge crane, and follow-up com- parison and test in energy-consumption, vibration, fault rate, and other aspects for the crane before and after the transfor- mation, the paper analyzes objectively the various characteristics of crane frequency conversion and development trend com- pared to the rotor parallel resistance.
