摘要
针对帽儿山林场蒙古栎(Quercus mongolica)树根内导管特征的差异,按不同方位分别从7棵蒙古栎树一级主根上截取木材试样,测定了根次生木质部的解剖结构。结果表明,从髓心到树皮,管孔趋于椭圆形,导管直径和组织比量增加,分布密度减小。根的导管直径和组织比量是南向与其他方向差异显著,根的密度是北向与其他方向差异显著,根的木纤维壁厚、壁腔比是西向最小。说明蒙古栎树根内导管特征的差异受形成层年龄的影响,同时也是对生长环境的响应。
In order to investigate variations of the vessel characteristics in the roots of Quercus mongolica, the anatomical structures of the roots were measured.From pith to bark,the pores tended to be ovalshaped.The vessel diameter and vessel tissue proportion gradually increased,while the vessel density decreased.The vessel diameter and tissue proportion in the roots collected from southern direction were significantly different compared with those from other directions.Similarly,the vessel density in northern roots was significantly different compared with those from other directions.The wall thickness and the ratio of the thickness to lumen size of fiber in west roots were the smallest.The results showed that not only cambium age but also environmental factors caused the variations of vessel characteristics in Q.mongolica roots.
