An Investigation and Analysis on the Information Service of Domestic Provincial Library Alliances

采取网络调查的方法,研究国内省级区域图书馆联盟信息服务能力。为此,对国内10个省级区域图书馆联盟信息服务网站从设置名称、服务内容、服务方式、协作形式、服务范围等项目逐一比较分析,找出差距与不足,提出建设与完善省级区域图书馆大联盟、突出民生服务、构建多元化服务方式选择体系、逐步实现普遍服务等改进方略,从而提升国内省级区域图书馆联盟信息服务绩效。

Network investigation method is used to study the information service capabilities of domestic provincial library alliances. This paper investigates the situation information service of 10 domestic provincial library alliances, including the names, service contents, service modes, forms of cooperation, clients and other projects of their websites, and finds the gaps and deficiencies of them, and proposes some suggestions to construct and improve provincial library alliance, highlight the public services, build a diversified service mode selection system, and gradually achieve universal service, thereby enhancing the domestic provincial library information service performance.
