摘要
针对传统硅钼蓝分光光度法测定硫酸盐法制浆黑液硅含量时木素及还原性含硫化合物对吸光度的影响,在硅钼蓝分光光度法的基础上,采用甲酸.过氧化氢合成过氧甲酸消解黑液中的木素和还原性物质,消除黑液中木素及还原性物质对硅钼蓝分光光度法测定硫酸盐制浆黑液吸光度的影响。研究表明,相对于传统的硅钼蓝分光光度法,新的方法在测定硫酸盐法制浆黑液时,测定结果更为真实、准确,回收率在99%~102%,具有更好的稳定性,且操作简单,干扰少,适用于硫酸盐法制浆黑液硅含量的分析检测。
A new measurement method of silica content in sulfate pulping black liquor was put forward on the basis of comentional silica mo- lybdenum blue spectrophotometry, in which the effect of lignin and reducible sulfur compound in the black liquor on the absorbance values in the silica molybdenum blue spectrophotometry was eliminated by the performic acid resolution method. The analysis results of the new method was more truthful and accurate compared to the traditional silica molybdenum blue spectrophotometry. The recovery of silica content was 99% to 102% used this method. This method had a better stability, easy operation and less disturbance than the traditional method, was suitable for analysis and detection of silica content in sulfate pulping black liquor.
