2种肌红蛋白检测试剂的比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较2种肌红蛋白检测试剂盒的敏感性和相关性。方法收集冠心病患者和健康体检者的血液标本,分别用肌红蛋白免疫比浊法检测试剂盒(北京九强生物技术股份有限公司)和肌红蛋白酶联荧光法检测试剂盒(法国生物梅里埃公司)进行肌红蛋白定量检测,对检测结果进行χ2检验和关联性分析。结果 120例冠心病患者标本中,九强试剂盒检出93例阳性(77.5%),梅里埃试剂盒检出62例阳性(51.7%),经χ2检验,2种试剂盒测定的阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。60例健康体检者标本中,九强试剂盒检出1例阳性,梅里埃试剂盒未检出阳性,经χ2检验,2种试剂盒测定的阴性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经关联性分析,2种试剂盒的相关系数(r)=0.94。结论两种检测试剂盒检测结果关联性好,都具有很好的稳定性和特异性,但是九强试剂盒的敏感性明显优于梅里埃试剂盒,能够为医生提供更可靠的结果,有效降低临床漏诊率。
